Completed my workout menu this week.
- Tuesday: No gi Submission Wrestling for 2 hours.
- Wednesday: Brazilian Jiu jitsu for 2 hours.
- Thursday: Advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 2 hours.
- Friday: Open Mat drilling/sparring with two of awesome grapplers for 1+ hour.
- Saturday: Combination of Clubbell and Kettlebell Tabata workout.
Looking to add two Judo classes in the next couple of months. All this so I can finally get my blue belt before the years out.
